Demo and pilot requests

The form stores your email, company, fleet-size range, chosen request type and optional message so we can review and respond to your request. Saved requests are sent to the GDE team's configured mailbox through its email provider. Do not submit credentials, connection strings or customer data.

To request correction or deletion of a website enquiry, contact us through the pilot form and identify the original email address. We may need to verify that you control it before acting.

Aggregate website measurements

GDE counts page loads, pilot/signup button clicks and completed onboarding steps by UTC day and page category. These counters do not contain visitor IDs, email addresses, IP addresses, full URLs or referrers. They are event totals, not unique visitor tracking or attributed conversion rates.

The website measurement script does not create analytics cookies or use local storage. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Essential Rails security/session cookies are separate from these measurements. No third-party analytics script is added by this implementation.

Security records and infrastructure logs

Aggregate counters do not replace operational logs. Hosting, proxy and mail providers can process connection information. Abuse controls use temporary hashed-IP rate-limit keys. Account login records may contain IP and browser metadata for session management. Do not assume that using the website is anonymous.

Database telemetry is a separate decision

Connecting an agent sends PostgreSQL operational telemetry under the selected configuration. Masked SQL can still expose structure and identifiers. Review access requirements, collected fields, retention and service terms with us before deploying against a customer workload. This website summary is not a data-processing agreement or a security certification.
